We went out and looked at the ingredients of some of the most popular selling whey protein powders and muscle building powders on the market. We found that most of them, if not all listed soy lecithin in their ingredient deck. Many list just “lecithin” as an ingredient. Most likely this unnamed lecithin comes from soy.

One company even went as far as to put this in their ingredient deck, “And Small Amounts Of Soy Lecithin To Improve Mixability.”

Embryologic Whey Protein is 100% soy lecithin free!!
